Reconnect to Nature & Your Creativity
I offer a full day of engaging activities - these include walking mindfully, observing the nature of the season and creating a nature mandala together, that we can visit throughout the day. I offer an initial nature-based activity while we settle in, and after lunch we begin our nature journaling.
Meet Likeminded People
Dwellbeing retreats are a good way to share your time with others. We walk together, wandering and wondering about what we will discover. We create art collaboratively and dine together. There is time on each retreat to chat and enjoy company of others who are also attracted to this experience.

10.00 Arrive at venue for coffee, meet other guests, receive a Dwellbeing gift
10.45 Initial nature-based activity, look at books/tools
11.45 Mindful walk together in nature - including creating a nature mandala
1.00 Lunch at venue - choice from a special Dwellbeing menu
2.00 Start nature journaling session at venue
2.45- 4.00 Finish initial activity and/or nature journal, take work home
